• Coordination and Management: Manage both personally performed tasks and those carried out by third-party vendors, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to safeguard against future issues, and conduct routine maintenance on essential equipment and systems.
• Client Interaction: Respond to owner requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive and client-oriented attitude at all times.

• Physical Demands: This role involves physical tasks such as walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 50 pounds), so physical stamina is essential.
• Handyman Skills: Possess a strong handyman/maintenance skillset, enabling you to tackle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with confidence.
